Garden veggies and jasmine rice with chutney. Petite oysters in crispy thai panko on top of an avocado and grapefruit salad. (Sounds weird… but oh boy!) Fresh home made yoghurt. Miso broth on a cold day. Tamarind in anything. Fresh raw steelhead “poki”. Our own home canned local albacore for a Nicoise salad. Roasted almond butter. Heritage lamb roasts stuffed with Rosemary and crispy garlic in our wood oven. Sourdough waffles (on Sunday morning). Our own hand harvested salt with every meal. Sparkling water from our spring.
